  • Are you able to walk around with beverages and see the lights?
    Beverages must remain in designated areas which include igloos and the jingle bar.
  • Are pets allowed?
    We love our furry friends, unfortunately pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Are we able to get a refund if we are unable to attend?
    Yes, please email us at info@mkholidaypopup.com and let us know if you are unable to attend.Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 hours prior to your igloo reservation.
  • Where is the entrance for the pop-up?
    The entrance is located on the north side of Village Hall.
  • Where is parking located?
    Parking will be available in the village lot. Parking is free.
  • Where is the Uber or Lyft drop off?
    Drop off will be at the front of Village Hall.
  • What happens if the event is cancelled?
    Should there be any unique circumstances which would cause the pop-up to close you will receive an email and a representative will also call the number provided with your reservation.
  • What if I’m unable to find my reservation or ticket?
    When you arrive, our check-in team can help locate your ticket. Please be prepared to present a current valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the credit card used for purchase.
  • Who do I contact if I’m having trouble purchasing tickets?

  • What if you are sold out?
    Pick another day/time to visit.We do accept on-site ticket purchases if space permits.
  • What charity will benefit from the donation?
    Shop with a Hero, Coats for Kids, Food Pantry.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Cash, credit card and debit card.
  • Do you provide group packages?
    Tickets are purchased by person. If you are interested in hosting a party, please email us at info@mkholidaypopup.com.
  • Can you assist with special accommodations ?

  • Do you offer special pricing for children?
    All days except Sunday kids 12 and under are free in the Jingle Bar. On Sunday, kids under the age of 2 are free in the Jingle Bar.
  • Is there live entertainment every night you are open?
    Yes!
  • What's the refund policy?
    Due to the limited number of days we are open, Igloo and Jingle Bar ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  • Are Igloos available to be purchased at the site?
    All igloos need to be reserved and purchased ahead of time online.
  • What do I need to know about the Igloos?
    Igloo rental includes 1.5 hour rental, appetizers from Muggs-N-Manor, holiday games for all to enjoy and crafts for the littles. Plus, access into the Jingle Bar. Santa with Sunday includes 1.5 hour rental, private visit from Santa and his friends, yummy treats, holiday games for all to enjoy and crafts for the littles. Plus, access into the Jingle Bar.
  • How long are you able to stay in the Igloos?
    Igloos are rented for 1.5 hours.
  • How many people fit in the Igloo?
    Up to 8 adults fit comfortably.
  • Are you able to purchase igloos onsite?
    We recommend purchasing your igloo online as there is limited availability. If an igloo is available you will be able to purchase on-site.
  • Could we reserve igloos next to each other?
    Yes!Just send us an email letting us know you need adjacent igloos.
  • Are the igloos warm?
    Yes! Each igloos has its own warmer, but be sure to dress warm.
  • Is there an option for food and beverages in the igloo?
    You have the option to pre-order and purchase food from Muggs-N-Manor and Nardi’s Tower of Pizza. Check out the options here!
  • What takes place in the igloo?
    Igloos are a fun place to sit among the holiday lights and spend time with family and friends. Plus, inside each igloo will be holiday games for all to enjoy and crafts for the littles.
  • Is there a grace period for the arrival time?
    Your igloo rental is a maximum of 1.5 hours from your igloo start time.
  • Are we able to go to the Jingle Bar before or after our igloo experience?
    Yes, you are able to enter the Jingle Bar.
  • Do we need to purchase a ticket to the Jingle Bar?
    No, your igloo rental allows you access to the Jingle Bar.
  • Will the igloos be cleaned between rental times?
    Yes! Igloos will be sanitized after each party departs.
  • Is anyone under the age of 21 allowed in the Jingle Bar?
    Yes! The holiday pop-up is family friendly and we welcome all ages.
  • Can I reserve seats?
    Any seating is first come first served and based on availability. There will be standing room.
  • Do I need to purchase tickets ahead of time online?
    Since there is limited space we recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time online.
  • Are you able to purchase tickets on-site?
    You may purchase tickets on-site only if there is availability.
  • Will Santa visit the igloos?
    Yes! Igloo rentals will receive personal private time with Santa.
  • Are we able to meet Santa in the Jingle Bar?
    Yes! Santa will be roaming and stopping by to say hi to all the children.
  • Will there be photos with Santa?
    You are welcome to take photos with your personal devices. There will not be a professional photographer on-site.
  • What type of beverages will be offered?
    Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
